Are you looking for a new opportunity to apply technical and analytical skills in a blended role? The ideal candidate will be a multi-talented, hands-on contributor who will provide implementation and support services of automated processes for Outlink hosted Credit Union clients. Candidates will be the main point of contact for these clients, ensuring day-to-day processing success, implementing new processes, researching and troubleshooting existing processes, and setting up and supporting automation tools. This is not a traditional BA role; you will actively participate in tasks including hands-on configuration of applications such as the Symitar Core System, OpCon, and MOVEit. To be successful, you’ll need to multi-task, manage incoming calls, process queues, and complete new intakes.

This is a remote position and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; Monett, MO; Birmingham, AL; Cedar Falls, IA; Louisville, KY; or Charlotte, NC.

The salary range for this position is $48,000–$67,000 and will be determined based on location and experience level. All positions may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding to verify your identity.
