Responsibilities

• Perform analysis and interpretation to align business needs and objectives for assigned functions

• Develop and implement organizational best practices into business applications
• Lead problem-solving efforts and coordinate between various business units

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of business process analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Knowledge of managed care information systems and claims payment/analysis
• Experience using Amisys, Portico, and DST is highly preferred
• Familiarity with Washington State Medicaid contracts is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in documenting business processes and gathering requirements
• Knowledge of provider reimbursement methodologies
• Prior experience in benefits, pricing, and contracting
