Job summary

Relx Plc in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Business Analyst II to partner with business units on technology projects, gather requirements, map current and future processes, and drive solution delivery. You will work with Salesforce CRM, participate in Agile teams, and facilitate workshops with stakeholders, creating user stories and acceptance criteria.

This role requires hands-on experience with Salesforce, requirements gathering, and strong communication skills to support solution evaluation,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience documenting business and functional requirements.
• ISEB Business Analyst certification (or equivalent).
• Experience supporting Salesforce implementations or enhancement projects.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including requirements gathering, business process analysis, testing, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirements elicitation sessions.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and business documentation.
• Document and analyze current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) business processes.
• Identify process improvements, business gaps, and solution opportunities.
• Support Salesforce-related projects, enhancements, testing, and user acceptance activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support solution evaluation, testing, and implementation activities.
