This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Business Analyst I in the United States.

The Business Analyst I will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation, customization, and optimization of software solutions for clients in the healthcare and public health sectors. This role combines project coordination, data analysis, and technical support to ensure seamless client experiences while maintaining regulatory compliance. You will manage installation projects, data conversions, and software enhancements, working closely with cross-functional teams and end-users. The position provides exposure to complex datasets, technical problem-solving, and opportunities to contribute to process improvements. Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating both technical and client-facing responsibilities in a remote environment.

Accountabilities
  • Manage and coordinate software installation projects, data conversions, and customizations for clients.
  • Analyze client data, develop import/export plans, and provide solutions that meet technical and regulatory requirements.
  • Train end-users on software usage and provide frontline support to ensure successful adoption.
  • Facilitate software enhancements, module installations, and workflow optimizations.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, instructional materials, and training resources.
  • Assist with testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting of software products.
  • Provide project management support for migrations, database consolidations, and special client initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business management, or related field; additional experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Certification as an Oncology Data Specialist (ODS-C) preferred.
  • Knowledge of cancer registry software, data conversion processes, and reporting standards preferred.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server, Microsoft Office, and database management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and handling of Protected Health Information.
