Job summary

PNC Wealth Management in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a Business Analyst to support the Financial Planning platform, enabling advisors and planners to deliver planning advice to clients. You will partner with technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders to evolve the planning capabilities and drive adoption.

You will help shape future financial planning strategy with modern, scalable tools and workflows, impacting advisor productivity and client engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, project management, consulting, business operations, or program coordination.
• Experience supporting software platforms, digital products, technology roadmaps, or vendor-managed solutions is desirable.
• Experience applying AI tools to improve advisor productivity, automate workflows, or enhance client experiences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Financial Planning platform roadmap and enhancements for advisor, planner, and client experiences.
• Manage multiple initiatives through governance, risk, and compliance processes.
• Serve as business owner and SME for financial planning tech platforms, tools, and workflows.
• Partner with software vendors on product releases and prioritizing enhancements.
• Collaborate with tech teams to translate business requirements into platform capabilities.
• Manage incoming request queue from sales, advisory, planning, and field teams.
• Identify opportunities to streamline planning processes with digital tools and AI.
• Communicate platform enhancements and roadmaps to stakeholders in user-friendly terms.
