Equity Swaps Business Analyst Consultant for direct client

LOCAL TO NY CANDIDATES ONLY

Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite and 2 days remote in a week)

Job Description:

• 5-10 years experience working as Front Office Business Analyst in Prime Services, Swap business.
• The role is cross-functional with elements of Business Analysis, Software Testing, and Product Support.
• In-depth knowledge of Total Return Swaps, Portfolio Swaps, Basket Swaps, and/or Synthetic Prime Business.
• Detailed knowledge of Swaps Trading Lifecycle and Regulatory Requirements (CFTC, SEC, etc.) and entire trading flows including hedge executions, swap creation, corporate actions, trading P&L, cash flows, payments, client reporting.
• Front office technology experience with a core Equity Swaps platform namely Swap One OR Nuvo Prime is required; experience with Calypso, Murex, Sophis may also be considered.
• Hands-on with producing Business Analysis Artifacts, including BRD, Functional Flows, and test cases.
• Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present complex material.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
