In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Management: Elicit detailed business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and surveys. Translate business needs into clear technical specifications (User Stories, Functional Requirement Documents).
• Process Analysis & Optimization: Map current-state processes ("As-Is") and design improved future-state workflows ("To-Be") to eliminate bottlenecks and lower costs.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze datasets to uncover trends, validate business problems, evaluate solution performance, and support decision-making.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the communication hub between business units (Operations, Finance, Sales) and technical teams (Engineering, Product, IT).
• Solution Validation & Testing: Help define acceptance criteria, oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure delivered solutions match initial requirements.
• Change Management: Assist in training end-users, creating process documentation, and facilitating smooth system rollouts.

This role is subject to pre-employment screening in line with the UK Government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS).
