What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and implement deliverable structures for program reports and dashboards
- Plan, write, and maintain detailed technical, operational, and process documentation
- Gather and analyze technical and business information for documentation purposes
- Develop business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in soliciting, reviewing, analyzing, and writing business requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, focused on data analysis or decision support systems
- 1+ years of experience managing project controls, including issues and schedules
- Proven experience with Power BI and/or Tableau dashboards and SQL
- Understanding of applicable regulations (e.g., HIPAA, SOX) and UHG policies/standards

- Experience serving as a consultant to government clients
