Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will provide Outreach and Relationship Management to Support Agile and DevSecOps Environments, including:

• Developing, maintaining, delivering, and executing a comprehensive plan for customer outreach and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
• Defining plans, processes, and methods for managing coordination and communications with stakeholder community.
• Supporting stakeholder coordination and communications of activities, schedules, testing, and service capabilities to increase awareness, customer confidence, and satisfaction.
• Developing tools and techniques to collect user feedback and customer satisfaction data, analyze results, identify opportunities for improvement, and report findings to the Sponsor.

*Position is contingent upon Spring 2025 contract award*

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
• BA/BS with 8+ years of experience; Master's with 6+ years; additional experience may substitute for degree.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, focusing on CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Strong understanding of CRM processes, customer lifecycle management, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of CRM system configuration, customization, and integration.
• Familiarity with data reporting and analytics tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000, depending on experience and other factors.
