What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead the definition and delivery of business and system requirements for credit research and portfolio management tools
• Act as a liaison between credit analysts, portfolio managers, and technology teams to ensure effective communication of business needs
• Document and facilitate stakeholder alignment throughout agile delivery cycles
• Shape the data strategy for credit research by integrating various datasets into the research ecosystem
• Influence the firm's digital transformation through delivery excellence and thought leadership

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Analysis at a buy-side Fixed Income asset management firm
• Deep understanding of credit research workflows, with experience working alongside credit analysts and portfolio managers
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
• Proficiency in SQL, AWS (data services), and Python for data analysis and tool prototyping
• Strong command of business analysis practices, including Agile methodologies and documentation techniques

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• CFA Certification or progress toward completion
• Familiarity with third-party credit platforms such as Bloomberg, FactSet, or MSCI
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Exposure to machine learning or AI frameworks in financial modeling
