Job Details

Duration: On-going, no ending date

Visa: Must be US Citizen, Green Card, EAD. No H1B

Telework Policy: Hybrid - On Site and Telework, with the option to work remotely up to 80% of the time. The primary work location is William B. Travis State Building, Austin, TX.

Required and Preferred Skills

• 8 years experience in eliciting requirements, SDLC, business process re-engineering, and developing user stories and wireframes.
• 5 years demonstrated communication and facilitation skills.
• 3 years experience with requirements management software like Modern Requirements and issue tracking software like Atlassian Jira.
• Preferred experience working with TEA or other education agencies, and familiarity with TEA applications such as FSP, TSDS, TEA Help Desk.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform advanced business analysis, support multiple projects, and serve as a conduit between the program community and software development team.
• Manage requirements throughout the software development lifecycle, verify fulfillment, and support post-implementation enhancements.

Terms of Service

Start date: 04/16/2025, End date: 08/31/2025, with a maximum of 872 hours. Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential outside hours as needed, and travel expenses are at the candidate's expense.
