PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst Consultant in its Real Estate organization to support data governance, data quality, and data ownership across Tax Credit applications.

Based in the Multifamily Capital footprint, you will partner with stakeholders to define data ownership and improve data integrity in an in-office setting. Responsibilities include analyzing data, building models and reports, and guiding the adoption of BI data for predictive analytics.

As a Business Analyst Consultant within PNC's Real Estate organization, you will be based within the PNC Multifamily Capital footprint. This position provides dedicated support for data governance, data quality, and data ownership initiatives across related Tax Credit applications. The Business Analyst Consultant will partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and application owners to establish accountability for critical data elements, improve data integrity, and ensure data ownership and stewardship responsibilities are clearly defined and maintained. This role will lead data quality reviews, identify and coordinate remediation of data issues, and support compliance with application governance standards and policies. Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $63,750.00 – $127,500.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
