What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT organization to provide technical solutions that meet user needs
- Analyze operations to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for process automation
- Develop and organize test plans and cases based on business requirements, and administer user testing phases
- Conduct gap-fit analysis and evaluate vendor software packages to meet business requirements
- Organize meetings, write project meeting minutes, and track action plan commitments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Science
- 1-3 years of experience in Business Systems analysis
- Proven interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Understanding of technical problems and solutions in relation to current and future business environments
