Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst (BA) to join our IT team. In this role, you will help gather and document business needs, work with team members to understand how systems should work, and assist in making sure everything is tested and working properly. You'll support communication between business users and technical teams to help deliver systems that meet user needs and improve day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Assesses and reports health of all projects or programs objectively, providing project transparency and accurate status updates.
• Engages appropriate stakeholders in risk identification and mitigation.
• Provides direction and oversight throughout project lifecycle to meet business requirements.
• Drives achievement of project or program success factors.
• Coordinates, documents, and communicates project plans and requirements.
• Acts as an internal advocate for the project.
• Proactively identifies, resolves, and escalates (as needed) projects or program risks/issues.
• Achieves desired business results by thoroughly understanding business objectives.
• Plan and implement most aspects of projects or programs.

Education
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred).
Experience
• 2 or more years of experience (Preferred).
Supervisory Responsibilities
• This job does not have supervisory duties.
Education & Experience (in lieu)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Compensation
Base compensation offered for this role is $50,700.00 - $85,000.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
*** Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e., commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
