We are seeking a contract Business Analyst II to support a Global Partner Stores organization during a temporary leave of absence. This role will provide critical support across business analysis, data management, reporting, financial planning, and partner store performance.
The Business Analyst will help ensure monthly partner store data is accurate, complete, and ready for business decision-making. This person will manage recurring reporting processes, support financial inputs, prepare analysis for partner business meetings, and conduct ad hoc analysis that helps stakeholders understand performance, identify risks and opportunities, and maintain strong operational discipline.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically strong, comfortable working with retail sales and financial data, and able to translate complex information into clear insights for business stakeholders.
Success in this role requires someone who is comfortable owning recurring analytical processes and can quickly determine whether the numbers are accurate and tell a meaningful business story. The strongest candidate will combine hands‑on data skills with business judgment—someone who can work deeply in Excel and BI tools while also communicating findings clearly to senior stakeholders.
This person should be proactive about identifying data issues, comfortable asking questions when information does not align, and capable of independently managing deadlines and recurring reporting responsibilities.
