Pay Range: $29 - $30/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Shift: 7-5, choose start time (8 hours)
• Perform analysis and interpretation to link business needs and objectives for assigned functions.
• Support growth and compliance of Medi-Cal programs including Transitional Rent, ECM, JI, and CLR.
• Ensure timely file validations, accurate reporting, and operational continuity.
• Manage and validate data files for ECM, JI, and Transitional Rent programs.
• Own monthly ECM/CS JSON reporting to DHCS, including CLR integration.
• Support ECM referrals and CDCR workflows operationally and with partners.
• Respond to data inquiries, discrepancies, and reporting requests.
• Develop and execute UAT for program implementations and file exchanges.
• Establish contingency workflows when automation delays occur.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills: Data validation, claim transactions, DHCS/Medi-Cal
• High school diploma; Associate or higher preferred
• 2-4 years in business process or data analysis, preferably healthcare
• Experience with data validation, reporting, and file processing (Excel, flat files, JSON)
• Knowledge of Medi-Cal programs
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with IT, program teams, and partners
• Experience with UAT and data validation processes
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
• Availability for part-time work, not full-time
• Error rate below 2%; resolve issues within 2 business days
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Access
