Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Business Analyst to join a leading pharmaceutical and clinical research organization. You will gather and translate requirements, write user stories, and partner with technical teams in regulated environments.

You'll lead workshops, manage stakeholders, ensure traceability across the SDLC, and support clinical development initiatives across multiple study phases. A life sciences or related degree is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience within regulated industries, preferably pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, requirements management, traceability practices, and project lifecycle frameworks.
• Experience supporting clinical development initiatives and familiarity with clinical trial processes across multiple study phases.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Compensation for the Business Analyst includes:

• Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 annually
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off
