Job summary

FastTek Global seeks a Business Analyst to join our Pontiac, Michigan team on Infrastructure Services projects. The analyst will drive requirements gathering, analysis, and validation across Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP, and Service Center teams.

5+ years of experience is preferred. You will own stakeholder communications, analyze current processes, and design effective solutions while delivering training and support to users.

Qualifications

• Able to multi-task and prioritize across multiple projects
• Passionate about delivering the ultimate customer experience
• Demonstrated problem-solving, identifying issues and implementing solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience on infrastructure projects

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate business needs from stakeholders through interviews and analysis of current processes and systems
• Apply communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure deliverables meet specifications
• Perform data analysis, design solutions, write technical requirements, test and implement technology solutions
• Conduct research, create procedures to improve existing systems, provide training and support to users
• Prepare RFPs and contract scopes of deliverables

Job Description:

• Business Systems Analyst on projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP Telecommunications and Service Center teams.


• Candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments.


• BSA will elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of project stakeholders, through interviewing stakeholders, and analyzing current business processes and systems.


• BSA will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the project, and to ensure that deliverables are met according to specifications.


• BSA duties will also include data analysis, designing solutions and writing up technical requirements, testing and implementing technology solutions, conducting research, creating procedures to improve the existing systems, providing training and support to users, writing Request for Proposals and Contract Scope of Deliverables.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience using M365 Productivity Suite


• Able to successfully multi-task and prioritize work across several active projects and assignments


• Passionate about delivering the ultimate customer experience


• Demonstrated problem-solving skills including: identification of issues, obstacles and opportunities and development and implementation of effective solutions


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Experience working on Infrastructure projects
