The role partners with regional and unit leadership, corporate finance, and stakeholders to analyze performance, forecast results, and assess risks, contributing to overall business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience within a large or complex organization.
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial reporting systems.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational data, trends, and KPIs to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, and monthly reporting.
• Monitor financial controls, contractual obligations, and overall business performance.
• Prepare and present financial reports and recommendations to division leadership and key stakeholders.
• Partner with regional and unit leaders to provide financial guidance, coaching, and best practices.
• Support corporate finance and accounting with ad hoc reporting and system-level financial analysis.

Job Summary

The Business Analyst reports directly to the Division President and provides financial analysis and business insights to support operational and strategic decision-making. This role partners closely with regional and unit leadership, corporate finance, and key stakeholders to analyze performance, identify trends and opportunities, forecast results, assess financial risks, and support overall business performance.
