Job summary

Convergint is seeking an analytics professional to analyze operational, financial, and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for leadership decisions. You will deliver actionable analysis in written and visual formats and partner with IT, Finance, and Operations to optimize data sources for scalable processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.

  • Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform leadership decisions and strategic priorities.
  • Deliver clear, concise, and actionable analysis and recommendations in written and visual formats to support executive and frontline initiatives.
  • Partner with IT, Finance, and Operations to optimize and automate processes and data sources, ensuring tool consistency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with business units and leadership to identify improvement opportunities, assess tool usage, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Champion standardization of reporting and workflow processes, including documentation and knowledge transfer across teams.
  • Support change management by gathering requirements, facilitating user feedback, and training end users on new tools or processes.
  • Lead the design and delivery of dashboards, reports, and tools that support strategic planning, performance tracking, and business decision-making across departments and regions.
  • Provide thought leadership and analysis that drives the decommissioning, optimization, or redesign of outdated or inefficient systems.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for internal data questions, escalating technical issues when necessary and ensuring timely resolution.
