Our client is looking to hire a Business Analyst who will serve as the liaison between technical teams and internal/external stakeholders to identify core business needs, translating them into clear functional requirements and handle the processes and development around product practice management functionality. This BA will define the detailed stories and epics in collaboration with product managers and engineers, guiding stakeholders from prioritization through concept development.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between technical teams and internal/external stakeholders to identify core business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.
• Handle the processes and development around product practice management functionality.
• Define detailed user stories and epics in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Guide stakeholders from prioritization through concept development.
• Lead small to midsize projects and assist other Product Managers on larger, more complex projects.
• Work across multiple domains with the ability to tackle new business areas with confidence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required (business administration, computer science, engineering, healthcare or related degree); Master’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of related SaaS (or similar) experience, creating functional requirements in the form of use cases/user stories, business processes and technology requirements.
• Experience with practice or product management; medical, EMR/Electronic Health Record (EHR) software strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Practice or Product Management and Revenue Cycle Management strongly preferred.
• Understanding of Health IT market and technologies preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative thinking, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Time management and organization skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies; SCRUM.
• Solid understanding of the SDLC.
• Experience in the Medical or Pharmaceutical office field is preferred.
