Responsibilities

Deliver results in project financial management activities, including transaction controls, project hours management, forecasting, milestone management, invoicing, and billing.

• Major functions include:
• Project creation and modifications.
• Maintain project transaction controls.
• Manage project hours and forecasting.
• Support PMs in the EAC process.
• Manage milestones and revenue.
• Monitor write-offs and maintain non-billable tasks.
• Monitor and act on credit holds.
• Handle invoicing and billing.
• Project closure and day-to-day operational support.

Qualifications

Note: Certain US roles may require compliance with immunization and occupational health mandates.

Salary range in the US: $21.97 - $42.88/hr or $45,700 - $89,200/year, possibly with equity. Benefits include health insurance, disability, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, sick leave, parental leave, adoption assistance, stock purchase plan, and more.
