Job summary

RICEFW Technologies Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst with Agile experience to work on eCourts projects.

The BA will gather requirements for a web-based application that will automate a currently paper-driven process and will need to be organized, multi-tasking, proactive, and customer-friendly. The role requires experience in requirement gathering, UI/UX mockups, user stories, and end-user training materials.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with SDLC including Agile methodology.
• Experience writing BRD, FRD, Use Cases, User Stories, etc.
• Experience with end user support using design tools (Adobe XD preferred).
• Ability to gather and interpret information via interviews, observations, surveys, meetings and manuals/documentation.
• Experience in writing test plans and test scripts and conducting testing.
• Experience creating user training manuals and conducting training and demos.

Need a BA with Agile, and end user support experience to work eCourts projects. Experience with PEGA preferred.

The BA will be expected to work in fast paced projects and will be expected to be organized, multi-task, take initiatives and be customer friendly.

BA will work on gathering requirements for an web-based application that will automate a current paper driven process.

EXPERIENCE:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• - gathering and documentation of business requirements,
• - creating user interface/user experience mockups, workflows, use cases, user stories,
• - user documentation for training purposes,
• - test scripts and test plans.

Skills required:
