Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our development team. The ideal candidate will partner with the business to understand their processes and applications, working collaboratively with IT and end users to support business needs.

General:

The candidate will join our IT applications group, with opportunities for growth and diverse experience. They should be a quick starter, a good communicator, and capable of working independently within a small team, engaging with all levels of the business.

This role involves full spectrum analyst duties, including process development, requirements gathering, project leadership, and application support, with high visibility across the organization.

Our environment is manufacturing-focused, emphasizing stability and product delivery, with ongoing major projects and opportunities to influence our processes and applications.

Skills and Experience:

Technical:

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience with business applications
• Experience as the primary analyst on significant change projects
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in application development teams
• Requirements elicitation, organization, and communication skills
• Process documentation basics
• Test plan creation and user acceptance testing
• Application support experience
• Data analysis skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Business/Soft Skills:
