Diamond Communications is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join our Strategic Partnerships Group. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early‑career professional interested in business analysis, strategy, and operations within a fast‑paced industry.

You will work closely with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams to support strategic partnerships, business growth initiatives, reporting, presentations, and market analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree by date of hire.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a team‑oriented environment.
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market and competitive data related to wireless infrastructure assets and strategic partnerships.
• Support and coordinate responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Develop presentations, reports, and analytical models for strategic initiatives.
• Assist with acquisition analysis, growth opportunity identification, and competitive assessments.
• Prepare reporting and updates for leadership on strategic initiatives and partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
