Responsibilities

• Support and educate users on the use of applications and prepare end-user training materials
• Document and analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement
• Understand user requirements and assist with software updates and functional requirements
• Develop and execute user acceptance testing plans, including the creation of test cases
• Communicate status updates to leadership and stakeholders, including preparing presentations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems preferred, but experience can be accepted in lieu of a degree
• 2-3 years of experience in information technology, working with business or clinical systems
• Experience providing training and support to end users
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation and presentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Class D Passenger Vehicle Driver's License preferred
• Ability to effectively translate business requirements into functional requirements
• Experience conducting small to mid-sized meetings, both formal and informal
• Capability to learn quickly and share insights with teammates
