Job Title: Business System Analyst II

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor system health & resolve issues quickly
• Support users with training & troubleshooting
• Implement software updates with minimal downtime
• Maintain clear documentation & reports
• Collaborate with vendors & IT teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years in financial or healthcare services
• Hands-on with core systems (e.g., Fiserv-Datasafe/Nautilus)
• Skilled in business analysis, product dev & process improvement
• Agile/DevOps experience (Azure a plus!)
• Strong communication & problem-solving abilities

Desired Qualifications:

Nice to have experience in Mortgage / Banking domain.

Location: This is 100% Remote Role (Needs to work as per PST Time Zone)

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $80000 – $85000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
