Job summary

SoHo Dragon is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Virginia tolling modernization program from Mechanicsville with a hybrid work model. You will gather and document business and system requirements for microservices, APIs, and modernization workflows, and create user stories with acceptance criteria and process maps.

You'll work closely with developers, architects, QA, and operations in Agile/Scrum using Azure DevOps Boards, providing light QA validation, and ensuring clear communication

Qualifications

7+ years in business analysis and systems analysis.
Experience with API and modernization requirements.
Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with Azure DevOps Boards.
Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
SQL interpretation and data insight.
Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities
