• Creating detailed functional specifications, workflow charts, and user stories for development teams
• Process Improvement: Reviewing existing business processes and designing new, efficient workflows.
• Implementation & Support: Guiding the implementation of new systems, overseeing testing (UAT), and offering post-launch support.

Salary Range - $100,000-$120,000 a year
