Job summary

Rh Showroom in Orlando, FL is seeking a Private Label Business Analyst who is data-driven and detail-oriented to uncover insights and improve processes. You will collect and interpret data, track performance against KPIs, maintain price sheets and the price matrix, and develop efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a business analyst in warehouse or supply chain environment.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, or similar data analytics tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office to communicate via email and review reports.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect and interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance performance.
• Track and analyze Private Label performance against targets, benchmarks, and KPIs; provide leadership reports highlighting opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze Private Label price sheets and maintain pricing of materials.
• Maintain Price Matrix and verify vendor costs in the system.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Create reporting on sales, profitability, warehouse optimization, etc.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly duties as defined by the Manager and Company policy.
• Handle rebate reporting from vendors and provide a summary recap.
• Create cross references for similar products already available in the market.
• Complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

About the Role:

You will:

• Collect and interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall business performance.
• Track and analyze Private Label performance against established targets, benchmarks, and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). Provide performance reports to leadership, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
• Perform accurate and timely analysis of Private Label price sheets; creating and maintaining them to ensure proper pricing of materials.
• Maintain Price Matrix. Obtain, review, verify and enter correct costs of material, from large and diverse group of vendors, into system in an accurate and timely manner.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Create reporting on sales, profitability, warehouse optimization, etc.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly duties as defined by the Manager and Company policy.
• Handle rebate reporting from vendors and provide a summary recap.
• Create cross references for similar products already available in the market.
• Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.
• Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.

About You:

• 2+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in a warehouse or supply chain environment.

• Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actional insights.
• Be proficient with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (Epicor Eclipse, SAP preferred)
• Have familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, or similar data analytics tools.
• Effectively use Microsoft Office software to communicate via email, to review reports and documents.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
