You’ll join a small, collaborative team that builds the data, reporting, and analytics systems powering Monticello’s real‑estate finance operations. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and our offshore development teams to turn requirements into delivered solutions. Each team member owns their solutions, beyond just the technical implementation.

Monticello offers a competitive base salary and bonus. The base salary range for this position in New York City is $100,000 to $125,000/year. The specific compensation that will be offered is based on an understanding of the hired candidate’s qualifications at the time of hire. Employees are eligible for a discretionary bonus based on employee work performance reviewed during the annual review process.
