Job summary

Scope of Project

Work with agency unit stakeholders to document and understand existing business processes, particularly as they relate to defining requirements for a Learning Management System (LMS). Define future-state requirements and processes to support the design and development of new applications aligned with the agency’s technology roadmap. These applications may exchange data with or support LMS processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions for current-state and future-state business processes and use cases.
• Interview stakeholders and document requirements for existing and new applications.
