The role collaborates with operations, procurement, business, and IT teams to document processes, develop reports and dashboards, and assist with testing and implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2-4 years of BA experience in supply chain/logistics.
• Experience with business process analysis and requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of supply chain operations and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Analyze supply chain, inventory, procurement, and logistics processes.
• Develop business process documentation, reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, business, and IT teams.
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities.
• Present business recommendations and project updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Experience with business process analysis and requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of supply chain operations and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP platforms.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Any certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, APICS CSCP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are a plus.
