Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Business Analyst to support our Transportation team in a remote role. You will assess client practices, document business processes, and translate needs into clear software requirements and user stories for development and QA teams.

Responsibilities include collaborating with Product Owners and Engineers, utilizing Agile/Scrum practices, creating wireframes and flowcharts, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation in Jira.

Responsibilities

• Testing system functionality in QC, UAT.

• Design new programs by analyzing clients' requirements.
• Make recommendations and improve system by studying the products.
• Document processes and prepare user stories by analyzing and summarizing the information.
• Work on more than one project at a time and reevaluate their priorities and deadlines.
• Utilize Agile methodologies - particularly Scrum - to manage project delivery.
• Create and maintain user stories, defects, project documentation in Jira.
• Work closely with Product Owner and Engineering Manager to ensure project milestones are met.

REPORTS TO: Director of Operations

JOB LOCATION: Remote

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):

• 2+ years related experience
• Technical writing experience
• Certified Product Owner (CPO)or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) is a plus
• Experience with Jira
• Knowledge of Land and Property Recording at the county/parish or state level is a plus
