Job summary

Teamware Solutions seeks a Business Analyst specializing in the Charles River Development (CRD/CRIMS) platform within the banking and investment sector. Local to Naperville only; on-site day 1.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Portfolio Managers, Traders, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams. Responsibilities include supporting CR IMS modules (Portfolio Management, Order Management, Trading, Compliance, Rebalancing) and optimizing end-to-end investment lifecycle

Qualifications

• Gather, analyze and document business requirements from Portfolio Managers, Traders, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams.
• Support and enhance Charles River Investment Management System (CR IMS) modules including Portfolio Management, Order Management, Trading, Compliance, and Rebalancing.
• Analyze end-to-end investment lifecycle processes: portfolio construction, order generation, trade execution, allocation, settlement, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Lead UAT activities and create test cases.
• Support defect resolution and ensure successful deployment and adoption of CR IMS enhancements.
