Position Overview:

We are seeking an analytical and motivated entry-level Business Analyst to support our growing operations team. In this role, you will help identify business needs, analyze healthcare-related data, create ad hoc reporting, and provide recommendations to improve process and operational efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those early in their career to develop their skills in a mission-driven industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, sales, delivery, IT) to gather and understand business needs and objectives.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and deliver ad hoc reports using tools such as Excel, SQL, and/or data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker).
• Assist in evaluating existing business processes and systems, with a focus on enhancing patient care and operational workflows.
• Support the development and execution of data-driven recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Document findings, process flows, and technical requirements clearly and concisely.
• Participate in meetings, gather feedback from stakeholders, and help translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA), and best practices in data analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Interest in operational efficiency and improving care through patient activation.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for long periods while handling calls and documentation.
• Adequate hearing and vision for digital and telephonic communication.
• Ability to wear a headset for extended periods.
