Job summary

Credence has an immediate need for a Business Analyst to support the analysis, documentation, and improvement of business processes and technology solutions. This role partners with stakeholders, developers, Scrum teams, and IT staff to gather requirements, create user stories, and translate business needs into effective solutions.

Qualifications

  • US citizenship with Active Secret Clearance is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience gathering and documenting business requirements in an Agile environment.
  • Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for Agile delivery.
  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions.
  • Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting users by investigating, communicating, and resolving issues.
  • Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with Jira and Agile project management tools is highly preferred.
  • ServiceNow experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, knowledge management, or data visualization tools preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience eliciting requirements, validating solutions, and supporting testing activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, Scrum Masters, developers, and IT teams to translate needs into technical solutions.
  • Conduct requirements workshops, meetings, and stakeholder briefings.
  • Support ServiceNow implementation, enhancements, testing, and integration activities.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure deliverables align with objectives.
  • Analyze and validate solution designs, test results, and functionality.
  • Monitor industry trends and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to meet milestones and client expectations.
  • Document findings, recommendations, and project outcomes.
  • Support multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Position Summary

Salary Range: $104,000 - $125,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience, education, certifications, skills, and overall qualifications.
