Responsibilities

The Business Analyst will support Barrow Wise's Illinois State Retirement System project and perform the following duties:

• Work with the users to identify what needs to be accomplished
• Work with the developers and technical architects to define the optimal way to implement technology
• Demonstrate the ability to evaluate processes and procedures and find areas for improvement with enhanced technology
• Document clearly through user stories and other documentation the as-is and to-be states
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure a functional application is delivered
• Demonstrate the ability to establish a rapport with stakeholders to build trust and confidence
• Work remotely
  
  

An Ideal Candidate Has The Following

• U.S. Citizenship
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Three (3) years of experience documenting user stories and managing processes using Azure DevOps
• Three (3) years of experience giving presentations to groups of up to 20 people
• Five (5) years of experience analyzing and improving the Pension System
• Three (3) years of experience with Agile or other iterative development methodologies preferred
