Job summary

Valiant Technologies LLC is seeking a Business Analyst to identify risks and dependencies, apply analysis frameworks, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve processes. The role focuses on maintaining traceability, validating designs, and supporting implementation and post-implementation evaluations.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather evolving business needs, document SOPs, and drive continuous improvement across systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints related to system and process changes.
• Apply business analysis frameworks and methodologies to ensure structured problem-solving.
• Provide recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Maintain requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and validate solution designs to ensure they meet business needs.
• Assist in developing implementation plans and post-implementation evaluations.
• Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations based on analytical findings.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather evolving business needs.
• Document standard operating procedures and process improvement initiatives.
• Support project managers with scope definition, timelines, and deliverables.
• Research industry trends, tools, and technologies to support continuous improvement.
• Provide ongoing analytical support to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
• Act as a liaison between business users, clients, and technical development teams.
• Support change management initiatives by documenting process changes and training materials.
