The position requires strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills to effectively manage multiple assignments and competing demands. Success in this role depends on the ability to develop and support others, demonstrate patience and professionalism, and maintain a customer-focused approach. A solid understanding of business policies, procedures, and practices is essential, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, databases, project management tools, and other business software. Key Accountabilities

• Create business dashboards and maintain various monthly reporting items
• Analyze business reporting and perform root cause analysis
• Build, deploy and analyze customer surveys
• Create business cases for Senior Leadership
• Perform various fleet and reliability tracking activities
• Prepare cost models and forecasting projects for internal business units
• Assist departments in KPI creation and maintenance
• Assist departments in KPI creation and maintenance
• Lead efforts in maintaining data integrity and cleanliness
• Become Customer Service POC for competitive intelligence
• Identify process improvements to enhance business productivity

Qualifications, Experience, And Skills

• Bachelors' degree from a four-year college or university in Mathematics, Business, Finance, Data Science or a related field is required.

Minimum Educational Qualifications

• Bachelors' degree from a four-year college or university in Mathematics, Business, Finance, Data Science or a related field is required.

Minimum Experience

• 2 years experience working with aircraft OEMs, airlines, consultancy firms, MRO organizations or 135 operators through projects/internship/co-op program or previous directly related experience in Business Operations, Parts Logistics, Senior leadership liaison, Contracts or Business Development through projects/internship/co-op program
