Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to bridge business and IT, translating needs into actionable requirements while driving stakeholder engagement and project execution. This remote, contract-to-hire position offers growth in a transforming organization focused on IT value and execution.

The candidate will collaborate with business and IT teams, elicit and validate requirements, and support UAT and implementation planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting technology initiatives.
• Strong facilitation and requirements gathering experience.
• Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.
• Experience documenting processes, workflows, use cases, or functional requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Our client seeks a motivated Business Analyst to serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams. The role will translate business needs into actionable requirements, improve stakeholder engagement, support project delivery, and ensure technology investments align with business objectives. The analyst will operate independently, build trust across stakeholder groups, and bridge technical teams and business leadership within a transforming organization focused on execution, alignment, and IT value.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Rate: $40.00 to $50.00/hr. w2
