MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking a Business Analyst in Dallas, TX for an 18-month+ extension engagement. The role involves analyzing complex business processes, eliciting and documenting requirements, and collaborating with IT teams to implement solutions.

The ideal candidate will conduct data analyses, create process models, and develop user stories for development teams, with involvement across SDLC activities and UAT to ensure alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Elicit, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and system design documents.
• Conduct data analysis using structured methodologies to support business decisions.
• Perform impact analyses to assess effects of system changes on operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Develop process flow diagrams, use cases, data models, and workflow documentation.
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements or new technology solutions.
• Support system integration by defining interface and data exchange requirements.
• Participate in SDLC activities including planning, design, testing, and deployment.
• Assist in developing user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate system functionality against requirements.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and performance metrics.
• Prepare analytical reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Ensure business requirements align with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
