Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years in a data-focused role, preferably in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or financial services.
• Strong project management skills, including project planning, stakeholder management, issue/risk/budget management, and status tracking reporting.
• Proven ability to work with large datasets and deliver actionable insights through reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with PowerBI or Tableau.
• Experience with eFront, Salesforce, and portfolio management software.
• Knowledge of the private equity lifecycle (deal sourcing, due diligence, portfolio management, exit strategies).
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data handling and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Technology Liaison: Document business processes and collaborate with the technology team to efficiently deliver solutions.
• Data Analysis & Management: Collect, clean, and analyze financial and operational data across PC&E strategies, market research, and internal systems.
• BI Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports (e.g., performance dashboards, KPI trackers, financial summaries) using PowerBI or Tableau for internal stakeholders, including investment teams and senior leadership.
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in internal processes and propose/implement solutions to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with investment, operations, and technology teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
