Job summary

ERG is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Digital Solutions team in Concord, NH. You will collaborate with clients to develop web applications and data visualization tools, gather requirements, and assist in product design within an agile framework.

You will write test plans, perform manual and automated testing (Selenium/SoapUI), and participate in Scrum ceremonies. A BS/MS in IT/Env Sci, 3.0 GPA, 1–4 years of experience, and the ability to obtain a public trust background are required.

• Analyze, summarize, and interpret environmental data and scientific results
• Actively participate in agile/scrum team ceremonies and status meetings with clients

Qualifications and Skills:

• BS/MS in information technology, health or environmental science, or related interdisciplinary majors or related fields (e.g., mathematics, science, engineering)
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• 1 to 4 years of relevant experience
• Ability to pass a public trust-level background investigation as part of the credentialing process to work for our federal clients
• Ability to work independently to accomplish assigned work in a timely manner
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet various project demands
• Demonstrates curiosity and embraces continuous learning, including proficiency in mastering new skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiar with an Agile software development approach
• Certified ScrumMaster or similar certification
• Experience with writing automated test cases using Selenium, SoapUI, or other software
• Experience with Qlik, Tableau, or other data visualization software

$60,000 - $80,000 a year
