We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and recommending solutions that enhance efficiency and drive growth. This position requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of business operations, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

• Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for enhancement.

• Develop and document functional specifications and workflows.

• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and project initiatives.

• Create and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Assist in the development and implementation of business solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure requirements are clearly understood and met.

• Monitor project progress, provide status updates, and recommend course corrections as needed.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Relevant certifications are an advantage

• Eligibility to work in USA. No new Sponsorship.

• Travel required 25% to 40%
