Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a results-oriented professional to bridge product, underwriting, and technology teams within our property insurance domain. You will gather business requirements, document processes, and help deliver actionable solutions across initiatives.

You will coordinate testing, track issues, and communicate with internal and external customers to resolve current challenges and guide improvements. A strong emphasis on written/verbal communication and organization will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or at least 2 years of experience in product, underwriting, or similar role.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with technology and working with large amounts of information; proficiency in Word and Excel

• Be a liaison between product, underwriting, and technology teams to support property insurance products and their associated applications
