- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs or other federal healthcare agencies
- Familiarity with Operating System Deployment (OSD) processes
- Exposure to Agile or hybrid project management methodologies
- Experience working in a software packaging or endpoint engineering environment
