• Work one-on-one with clients via video and chat to offer tax advice and complete business return filings
• Prepare and sign off on Partnership (1065) and S Corporation (1120-S) tax returns
• Answer questions around tax law, software use, bookkeeping integration, and extension filing
• Translate complex regulations into clear, actionable guidance
• Take part in special projects and help improve the customer experience in a rapidly evolving product
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience every step of the way

• 3+ years of experience preparing business tax returns professionally (1065 and/or 1120-S)
• Hands-on experience with individual returns (2+ seasons preferred)
• Strong grasp of bookkeeping-to-tax workflows
• Active PTIN and familiarity with relevant compliance standards
• Comfortable working 20+ hours per week across multiple days
• Tech-savvy, self-directed, and client-focused
• Must be based in the United States and meet any applicable state requirements
