Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Business Analyst to work with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, design solutions, and drive project delivery. The role involves facilitating workshops, creating process visuals, and ensuring alignment across teams.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, document requirements, and support project delivery from initiation through implementation in a Boise, Idaho-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for requirements gathering and documentation, which includes conducting interviews, workshops, and meetings to gather necessary information.
• Responsible for business process analysis, which includes developing process maps, flowcharts, and other visual representation to illustrate processes.
• Responsible for solution design and evaluation, where they collaborate with stakeholders to define solution options and evaluate their feasibility.
• Responsible for stakeholder engagement and communication, which includes facilitating communication and collaboration among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Responsible for project support and collaboration, which includes providing support to project teams, and collaboration with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
