Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Business Analyst to gather requirements, document processes, and collaborate on solution design with stakeholders. The role emphasizes mapping business workflows and facilitating cross-functional communication to ensure successful project delivery.

You will work with various teams to understand needs, analyze processes, and support initiatives from inception through implementation.

Responsabilidades

• Gather requirements and document through interviews, workshops, and meetings.
• Analyze business processes, create process maps and flowcharts to illustrate workflows.
• Collaborate on solution design and evaluate feasibility with stakeholders.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide project support and coordinate with cross-functional teams for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for requirements gathering and documentation, which includes conducting interviews, workshops, and meetings to gather necessary information.
• Responsible for business process analysis, which includes developing process maps, flowcharts, and other visual representation to illustrate processes.
• Responsible for solution design and evaluation, where they collaborate with stakeholders to define solution options and evaluate their feasibility.
• Responsible for stakeholder engagement and communication, which includes facilitating communication and collaboration among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Responsible for project support and collaboration, which includes providing support to project teams, and collaboration with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
